New process for SAGE initial assessment

VetSix has made some changes to this process to streamline the completion of this requirement, please read closely.  

If you are a veteran and your case is currently in a MARICOPA COUNTY JUSTICE COURT VTC then you qualify for reimbursement of the $135.00 fee. Cases in courts other than Maricopa County Justice Court DO NOT QUALIFY for reimbursement.   

If your attorney tells you to go to SAGE for an initial assessment on your case you must contact SAGE and register for an initial assessment. After your assessment is complete simply email VetSix a copy of your paid invoice from SAGE and a copy of your DD214. A check will be snail mailed to you within fourteen days. The check will only be made payable to the veteran upon receipt of the requested paperwork. Please email this request to VetSixAz@gmail.com
