How To Get Sage Initial Assessment Rebate Sent To You

Initial Sage Instructions

Email paid receipt and your DD-214 to VetSixAz@gmail.com
Please include your address to send the check to.
Emails are responded to within 2 business days.
Emails from your attorney will no longer be accepted.

FAQ for Sage counseling after initial

I am approved at the VA for counseling can I still use VetSix

No, If you choose to use a private counselor after you are approved VetSix will not pay for this
